hUB NOT RESTTING
Hi All,
My hub not resetting, getting the blue led and the circle thing goes purple.
Also powered off for 2 mins
tried admin on its own also.
Any ideas??

Yes thanks, thats what im using, RJ45 cable also.
Rebooted computer also, tried this loads of times.
Just firefox, might try IE.
Normally this fix is easy.... thats wly posted here.

Is it generally or often the case that FF won't access the admin pages?

I have never had any problems accessing the admin page with FF.

Never had any issues using Firefox and the superhub log in pages here either.

Tried Chrome, same issue.
Was pi**ing me off so called virgin, guy connected to my computer.
Told me to reset for 60 seconds.
Working now...!
Thanks all for helping.
Felt so stupid having to call them.
