I think to be totally honest, the woman acted in good faith to make sure the injured were safe - BUT we know what these fiddling insurance companies are like - they will try there hardest to get out of paying for it.
And yes, l did say fiddling - as you pay for insurance on anything, and yet when its time to pay out- they will find a way of not paying anything.
