Looks sort of OK to me. The average latency is low. It only needs one long ping in the reporting interval for the yellow to shoot. However, the minimum latency is jittering. It seems to me that someone on your network segment is busy on your upstream channel.

I can't tell if it's affected your speed because you don't say what your package is. If it's 20/2 then no problems it would seem.

exactly what I was thinking. Speed tests and graphs should be used as diagnostic tools. If you arent suffering from any noticable performance loss then don't worry about it.
