TiVo : Media Key Unavailable issue

Is there a generally-accepted fix for this? I'm not all that enthusiastic about calling Faults about this in case I just get through to someone in India who simply tells me to "Please to reboot your set-top box thank you please" then sends out a technician who can't do anything when he gets here as it's a CS issue etc

Or is it someone only CS can fix? Just trying to set up the iphone app here...

Is this on a recently-installed TiVo? If so, try making a service connection (Settings->Network). Also a reboot may genuinely help in this case.
