Deleting Programmes
Is there a way to delete a group of programmes in a bulk delete, instead of doing it one by one?
For example, I taped 5 episodes of the same programme over the weekend, and have now watched them all. Is there a way of deleting them all together, instead of doing it one by one? I remember that on the V+ box there was an option to delete the series from the recordings list.
There probably is such a thing, but still getting used to the TiVo box so still finding my way.
Also, how do I get the text up on the TiVo box? I mean like the digital version of CEEFAX and Teletext not subtitles.
Thanks.

Re: Deleting Programmes
- Highlight the folder containing your series and press the clear button (bottom left).
- No Ceefax or equivalent on the TiVo though there is a text service in the BBC News app.

Re: Deleting Programmes
Thank you very much, will have another look at the News app this afternoon to find the text service. Anyone know if there is any chance it will be coming to TiVo in the future?

Re: Deleting Programmes
No chance, the BBC want to standardise the experience accross platforms and the TiVo app is basically the new BBC connected TV app. I think I'm right in saying that this is the beginning of the end of what you refer to as digital ceefax so long term what you see on TiVo is all you'll be able to get anywhere.

Re: Deleting Programmes
As what you get now is far better than the old Teletext in terms of both looks and (possibly) quality then why would you want to go back to that anyway?

Re: Deleting Programmes
I loved the technology but also hated it. Blocky graphics on a small screen. Yuk!
