30M : slow speeds in west yorkshire (Batley)

noticed it yesterday speeds were slow in Batley, west yorkshire - even going to the main VM page to get a service status wouldnt complete.

Anyone else in Batley getting same problems - seems to be ok this morning

Mine in Huddersfield kept disconnecting then finally went off completely. It has only just come back after about 6/7 hours.
I phoned VM this afternoon, after they checked everything at their end they said it was a network fault due to ongoing work which will continue until 12th July. The modem reconnected at this point but I still couldn't get any internet even after several attempts at rebooting.

there have been intermittent outages for 2 days at a time recently in the areas they have been upgrading.

been on phone to VM - my area has very high utilisation and they are going to add an additional fibre and do the resegment next friday.

Hooray for locals! I'm in Dewsbury and haven't really been having issues apart from my Superhub playing up when it wants to. My graphs are alright, can't complain and the support team on the forum have said there are no issues with my connection.

Just had another 2 hour outage, this time they say that there is a fault in the area and it will be like this until the 30th July.
Sick of this now
