Thinkbroadband graph has the wrong readings

says my SH is switched off when it isn't

Just got the new one today, checked the ping section on my SH and notice the " Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP" has the box ticked.

that's correct isn't it? If not what else can the problem be?

Re: Thinkbroadband graph has the wrong readings

i am guessing you have the new superhub today according from your other thread here
http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/12...ease-only.html

Ermmm.....
What happened is now you got the new SH you also have new ip
You need go to thinkbroadband monitor web page and set up a new one (should detect your new ip automatic) and just disable this one (not delete in the case you will put back the old SH)
