How long does an upgrade take

Hi All

Last week I phoned to upgrade my broadband to 60mb - has long does it take to send a super hub out to me and the upgrade to be in place. It seems like I have been forgotten!

Do I need to re-phone.

cheers
Richard

Re: How long does an upgarde take

Superhub can take 1-5 days, upgrade should be relatively quick once the superhub is activated

Re: How long does an upgrade take

My Superhub for an upgrade came via Yodel.
Ordered sometime Tuesday and hub arrived Thursday.
Upgrade was done as soon as the Superhub was activated.

As far as I understand it, the delivery time varies. However, once you receive the Shub the activation is very quick. Call them and they activate it within a few minutes.

Re: How long does an upgrade take

Er just some more info to show the other side.
when I phoned for my upgrade. I Got an engineer to install my Hub as I was pre told before.( may have been PM here ) It would be quicker than postal Delivery, Also the mail has a habit of being delivered when no ones home even buy HDNL, which means a even longer wait. As it would be days before I could collect from the delivery company drop points.
Config file for New speed took over 5 hours. As paper work from engineer had not been done/processed.
Swings and roundabouts +/-

Does not seam to be the standard Service you got then, Must have made the extra effort or HDNL system auto generated the delivery slot when they did your order but failed with others.

Re: How long does an upgrade take

It could have been because I called through retentions and they did it all. I never call CS.

Re: How long does an upgrade take

If your on the 20Mb/s service that due the speed upgrade to 60Mb/s
They should Phone and write as they will want to give you the superhub but not untill bolt says you have been upgraded normaly...

They won't be in a rush
