10 Minute skip Function On Demand & Catch up

Samsung V+

If I use the 10 Minute skip function during a program. The time on the front of the set top box and on screen display stays the same. The timer does not change but the picture does

I.E If i have 10:00 minutes displayed on front of the STB and on screen display, and skip forward 10 Minutes the Display on the STB and on screen display should say 20:00. If does not, it still says 10:00 but the picture itself has moved on 10 minutes

It is the same if I 10 minute skip backwards as well.

I.E if I am on 20:00 on the front of the STB and on screen display and skip back 10 minutes, it still says 20:00 and not 10:00 but the picture itself had gone back ten minutes.

The only way it works properly is if I pause the program or use the rewind and fast forward function keys on my remote. The display on the front of the STB and on screen display then display there correct time

This has been happening over the last couple of days

Is there a signal issue with my on demand/catch up which is stopping this function from working properly

I have contacted the Community Forum, But just wanted to know if anybody else has had simaler experience

Andrew

Re: 10 Minute skip Function On Demand & Catch up

Andrew,

I saw your post on the VM support site.. I noticed this on Friday (I think) too.. I've used very little OD since then (and because of a box fault I'm trying to avoid using any at the moment), but no... not just you.
