Ebay username/password error
Out of the blue, ebay refuses to let me sign in (I sign in daily) saying my username and/or password are incorrect.
Anyone else having problems?

Have you checked the usual? caps lock, FN lock?? If thats all OK do a password recovery.. If the password recovery doesn't work then get onto ebay themselves..
There is always the danger of a hijacked account (doesn't often happen) or it could be something as simple as a technical issue with ebay..but better safe than sorry.

It's simples really...
The database for the members will be held on their own servers, where as the HTTP server is yet another separate server bank. Although the HTTP servers were running (hence you got the webpage) it couldn't communicate with either the database server or even the storage medium used by the db server.. As only a couple go the error it was probably a medium swap (raid system rebuilding itself)
