VIP 100 Pricing (Upgrading From VIP50)
Good Morning
I am currently on VIP50 and now that 100MB Broadband is available in my area I would like to upgrade to VIP100
Before I call up the relevant VM team, grateful if someone can advise what I should be expecting to pay for VIP100
Currently I pay £103.51 for VIP50
Advice appreciated

You may be worth waiting as it soon will not cost any extra and you will have 100Mb.

I didn't think my current 50 meg modem was 100 meg compatible??? So how can they do it without me noticing?

From the article:
"Most customers will not notice the upgrades taking place, nor will any have to pay for the changes to take place, a spokesman said.
However, some users with old modems and other similar hardware will receive new up-to-date equipment free of charge."
So you (and me) will fall into the latter category.

Do we think the Tivo built in modem, which I believe can support 20mb will be upgraded too?

It's your choice whether to change the kit or not, but if you don't you'll then not get the full speed increase that others will
