VOD : Picture freezes on VOD

Hi!

A lot of on demand programmes lately keep freezing randomly.
The picture will freeze, but the sound will continue playing.
To fix the problem, I have to stop the programme and replay it again.

It's only started to happen as of last week.
Any idea as to why it is happening, or any troubleshooting steps to try out?

Box in question is the SAMSUNG V+

VOD just froze for me while watching MIA2 on Sky Anytime five minutes after starting. Had to restart from beginning then it played OK for 26 minutes before freezing again. Eventually managed to get it starting again by using FF and rewind.

More than likely a fault in the area(s) and best to report to VM as a fault if it keeps happening.

I'm also using Samsung V+
