TiVo : TiVo - Catch Up TV hit and miss??

Hi,
Had my TiVo box installed last night, recorded a bunch of random programs last night (as you do when its new lol). Its all working great except for Catch-Up TV which seems to be a bit hit and miss. Is this something that all users suffer from at the moment? With my old Virgin box I used catch up a lot for the kids TV shows, with the TiVo it seems to take forever to load and doesn't then always play :-(

Not my experience, report it as a fault.

think it's BBC iplayer that's the issue rather than catch up. TiVo uses Iplayer for BBC programmes which by all accounts is pants.

Apparently it's a know fault and VM are 'working on it' with the BBC
