Re: Internet woun't connect trough wireless

I just has the superhub installed and the wifi is awful, couldn't connect with my Samsung Galaxy S. Switched to modem only and connected up my old D-Link router and everything works a treat.

I would love to know how to get a decent wifi connection on the superhub though, as using an external router defeats the whole point of the superhub.

---------- Post added at 02:45 ---------- Previous post was at 02:22 ----------

Sorted it at last and virgin wanted to send me a new super hub out. All the problem was I cound't get on to the 192.168.01 site so I had a look to see if orther people had the same problem on the virgin media forums and found a norther number you can enter in to change you details it let me on the straight away. The problem was it was on modem mode don't have a clue way so I un ticked the box and it connected straight away wireless. Been trying to get on for the past 3 hours don't understand why virgin cound't have gave me that site to try when I was on the phone to them took over an hour to get through to them each time

Re: Internet woun't connect trough wireless

Quick handy tip

2 visible Lights on modem = Modem Mode

3 visible Lights = Superhub fully functional wired and wireless

0 visible Lights = R.I.P

Superhub address : 192.168.0.1

Modem Mode address : 192.168.100.1

User/pass per usual is on the back
