new hub

Hi,.

From my previous thread you will know that after 6 in the evening my download speed drops to about 3-10 ish Mb.

I have spent ages talking to the 50Mb service, who have said all is well their end.
So,I have just installed my replacement superhub.

Hopefully tonight things will be better?

I have a call back scheduled for Sunday morning, just to see whats going on,and address again the problem with slow speeds if applicable

If all is not well ,I considering going back to my 20Mb service and modem .

If the issue is still there,is there anything I can ask them to check and do?

Thanks all

Re: new hub

well the first thing to do dude is have a look at your power levels and see if there are any errors, I would defo have done that before agreeing to a superhub. If your power levels and everything are alright then it might just be over subscription in your area which kills the network at peak time
