Repairing MAME Cab - CRT TV to PC

I have a MAME cab & in the course of moving it I have lost the picture between the CRT TV & the computer. This happened once before after I had bought it, there was a mass of solder between a scart cable & the VGA with a resistor in it too and I managed to identify where the loose wire had come from & resolder it on. (Please don't take that as any indicator I know what I am doing, t'was a fluke!)

That wiring & soldering mess has totally given up now & as I am wanting to sell it I want to replace the wiring with something a bit neater & also due to my attempts to repair it, its now too short anyway.

I know an ordinary SCART/VGA won't do it but what will? I don't need the wiring or whatever to take sound as that is on seperate speakers.

I can upload photos if that helps!!
