How much is 10mb for existing customers? Is it £13.50 and how long has it been that price? I've been paying £18 for years. I just wanted to know before i call them after work.

10Mb by itself is £21 per month after first 3 months for new customers pluse £49.99 installation fee. If you add on minimum phone it then becomes £27.40 per month but no installation fee.
As you dont say what you have at the moment I cant say what you really pay.
