Are we going to lose VM usenet access?

hi all,

i remember years ago virginmedia stopped hosting the usenet servers themselves and instead leased access from a dutch company. was that company news-service.com?

If as appears likely its impossible for newsservice to comply with the dutch courts request (to remove all copyright infringing material from its servers) the whole company is just going to go bust.
