On 16 March 2011 Virgin withdrew its complaint. Ofcom has therefore closed the case

Didn't the commercial agreement between Virgin and Sky change a few months ago? We know that Sky channels will get included in the Video window so maybe this is another change?

Sky arts are already here in both SD and HD and i love them good to watch concerts in HD the oxegen festival is stunning.
I love the arts would not do for us all to like the same though.
Although i suspect it could be to do with the per box HD charge but who knows pure speculation.

Re: Virgin Media withdraw complaint per-device sky sports HD1 and sky sports HD2
Reckon VM complained, Sky considered it and realised they were on a sticky wicket with it and so removed the per device clause. Rolled it out to their customers starting Sept, and as VM has withdrawn complaint, this seems clear to me that VM will also be able to charge one fee per account as well. So, coming soon then...

Re: Virgin Media withdraw complaint per-device sky sports HD1 and sky sports HD2
Seems to me the only reason us Sky customers are getting the HD multiroom charge dropped is because of Virginmedia.
It goes like this...
Virgnmedia does not want to charge its customers the HD multiroom fee, So go to ofcom stating Sky has forced the premium multiroom charge.
Sky realise they may lose the case so they drop the charge first then tell VM they can drop the charge. This prevents a situation where VM customers don't have a HD multiroom charge but Sky customers do.
So Sky jump the gun as they can see whats coming and remove the charge first, then allow VM to drop the charge..Perhappppssssss
