Unity Remote and Tivo!

I decided to treat my self to a new toy the Unity Remote for iPhone / iPad its not cheap very expensive in fact £80 here is a link if you have not heard of it

http://www.gear4.com/showcase-unity/

I have a Tivo and a Sony Bravia TV and when I first got it was very disappointed that it did not recognise my Tivo tried telling it that it was Cisco box but still no joy. But after spending some time "teaching it" all the Tivo commands I am now finally happy with it

Have got it working on my iPad 2 controlling my Tv, Tivo & WD Media Center and have got to say its very clever and fun to use. Its still got a few problems crashes now and then but an update to the app today has made it a lot more stable.

Its fun being a couch potatoe serfing the net and changing channels or wacthing my shows all from my iPad!

Still think its way too expensive but have got no regrets about my purchase now.

Would love to hear if anyone else has got any experiences with it and their Tivo
