Would anyone know of speed problems in Coventry ?

Thank you for answering, the strange thing is that if I do a speed test I get good results ie 9.8mb download and 25ms ping with 1meg upload on a 10meg connection but when it comes to actualy downloading a page it is very slow and sometimes not completing the page, can you refresh my memory as to how to get the modem stats

Just been on to an Indian Lady who told me my levels are ok and Virgin broad band is ok and to change the channel on my router, at the moment I am using a cable linked to my router with no difference !

banjo, it may be better to post your modem results on the VM Help and Support Forum as there is no way you can do anything to reduce that high downstream level.

Everyone has that and it is regards to the issue with some people being unable to access certain webpages and absolutely nothing to do with high power levels.
