As you can see the connection is pretty ropy with lots and lots of jitter.
One thing I want to know though is hop 1 is 10.34.248.1 this is a private address. Is this the cable modem ?
Also it has just started to sh*t itsself but why would you get lots of packet loss at hop 1.

How would I find out which one I am connected to as its getting a lots worse later on. Does it also depend on where you are or can they connect you to a different one.

Funny how at the begining of the graph that is the most settled my connection can be but it starts to get noisy just after 15:00hrs till just after 18:00hrs then gets noisy again just after 19:00hrs. I guess everybody was watching Doctor Who.
