BUG! - Delete whole folder and contents

I deleted 1 of 10 files in a folder and it deleted all the files and the folder?

Whats more, only the one file i deleted appeared in the deleted items folder (not the other 9 files)?

I restored the one file and hey presto - the folder reappeared with all 10 files in tact

Did this about 3 times trying to figure what was causing it and could only conclude few things

I could delete any other of the 10 files no problem - but if i deleted the last one (which was at the bottom if this is significant), then the whole folder and contents were deleted

Also tried deleting it using the 'delete' menu item and the 'clear' button and it still deleted the whole folder

Re: BUG! - Delete whole folder and contents

Let me guess, the 1 file is one of your own recordings and the other 9 are suggestions, right?

Nope - as far as i remember they're all part of same series link - didn't record any of them separately

Doesn't it record all suggestion in 'suggestions' folder?

It does record suggestions in the suggestions folder, however if you have recorded, say, Have I Got News For You on BBC 1 but the box has recorded an episode from Dave as a suggestion, it will list them in a folder in your My Shows. As soon as you delete the one you recorded it will remove the folder. The suggested Have I Got News For Yous will still be in your suggestions folder though.

Have you noticed how it says "This Group is no longer needed. Any remaining episodes of this show can be found elsewhere in My Shows"?
