Missing covers on street cabinets

There seems to be an epidemic of streetside cabinets with missing front panels near me. I can't imagine this could be a good thing but they seem to stay like that for weeks or even months before the panels are replaced.

Are Virgin Media interested in reports of cabinets in this state, and if so where should I report them? There are two near me (one near enough that I worry it may be the one that supplies me) plus I saw a further two today a little further afield.

Re: Missing covers on street cabinets

Thanks, all. I had a closer look when I walked past them today and inside the cabinet there is actually a notice with a number (different from the one above) for members of the public to report problems. So I will use that.

Re: Missing covers on street cabinets

I wish I had a £1.00 every time I have reported a cab door open.

The longest it took VM to close a door on a cab in my road was 4 months, that was last year!

I reported it again as it has now been open for another 2 days.

Any bets on how long it will take VM to close it this time?
