VOD Adverts on Music on Demand

Is anyone else getting an advert for The Social Network film playing before every music video that's selected through On Demand?

Yes but this is a very recent addition. A music video watched last week now has the added trailer. As an XL customer this seems unnecessary. For customers who pay for the odd music vid here and there, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I often watch 10 vids or more a night and don't want to see the same trailer or advert.

This happened once before. it was a fault and quickly fixed.

Yes, but if it's putting the same ad on every video, it's a fault.

I must say it's working fine for me. I've seen the ad twice in about 10 plays. How many videos did you watch, ian1969uk?

Watched 4 music vids last night, all from the 'most played' section. 3 of them had the social network movie trailer at the beginning. This could become boring very quickly.

I am getting the same thing ads before video is played never had that on V+ now getting with last upgrade on tiVo.Whats the point in being XL and still getting ads..Kills the enjoyment of music on demand

I noticed the ad this morning watched about 4 music videos, 3 of which had the Social Network ad. I want to use music on demand to listen to music not to watch adverts. I personally wish there was a way to create a playlist ... maybe one day? BTW also an XL customer.

It's bad enough having to constantly hit the mute button to get rid of the annoying barker channel sound when flipping through new videos, but to get an ad at the start of each one will just make everyone leave for YouTube.

I've just watched a couple of episodes of Pawn Stars on TV Choice and there were adverts for the Social Network at the beginning and END! of each episode.
I hope this is a fault as if this is the way of things to come on VOD i'm gonna start giving it a miss.

spiderplant did what you asked and no advert.... i am from Blantyre (Scotland) Uddingston area.I then went to most watched and tried lady gaga, advert appeared

Played Human by the Killers and had the advert and same again on Human Live version. I f they need ads on videos they should go on the end of them.
