Question Downgrade from 50Mb to either 30/10Mb question

Hi,

I am currently on 50Mb with the 50Mb modem, but due to money, I am thinking about down to either 30Mb or 10Mb.

If I downgrade to 30Mb will I get a free superhub, or will it work on my 50Mb modem?

If I downgrade to 10Mb will I get another modem/hub or will it work on the 50Mb modem?

I presume it will be a new 1 year contract, as we are out of contract at the moment

You will be able to keep your existing modem and I expect you will be put into a new contract when you downgrade.

Generally downgrading does not recontract, unless you change to bundle that does recontract.

When making the change Customer Services will be able to confirm

They'll probably offer you a deal to stay on 50mb.
