Question Recovered content?

Quick question I was checking my planned programmes on my Samsung V+ and found the following planned recording progamme info

Recovered Content unknown 04/04 23:03 2280hrs

It was easy to delete but has anybody any idea what the problem was?

Database corruption. Maybe it was rebooted whilst in the middle of writing to the hard drive. Just ignore it.
