Virgin Media Super Hub
Well i have recieved the so called super hub for my 30mb internet connection
absolute dreadful customer service
Since connecting this new router up i am having trouble connecting my ps3 wireless. My laptop has connected fine but browsing speed and my wifi on my iphone has dropped dramatically
Another thing is with my old router i was on 10mb and getting speeds of around 9.6 to 9.8mb constant.
Since activating this new router which they have failed to tell me ill be paying £30 to activate it just seen it now on my billing.
I am lucky to get over 12mb speed and thats not even in peak times.
im baffled any help please
