V+ : V+ Text Box keep coming up every so often

Hi,

This evening, my parents tell me the Text Box is coming up every so often, when watching TV though it.

You get the same message if you press the Text button on the remote.

The only change we made, is I fitted an AV Senders yestarday, so they could watch TV in the kitchen.

The AV Senders have a remote extender, so they can change the channel over from the Kitchen. Today we moved the AV Sender (receiver) in the kitchen, but it has been fine, till this evening.

What should we do?

It will be the remote sender being triggered by either the lights or some other source, try covering it when not in use to try and see if it still happens.

Bit of a update on this.
Turn the remote box off in the kitchen made no differents.

So I turn for the transmitter (source) and it hasn't done it for 20 mins, where before it was doing it 3 times in about 30mins

So they been turned back on to watch the tv, but I have unplugged the IR eye by the VM box, so you are not able to change the channel over from the kitchen.

The wierd thing it was ok last night, strange.
It not really a problem to turn it over in the frontroom, just would of been nice.

Let see how it goes now.
