Broadbandaudit

I'm seeing log entries on my websites from this small IP range which resolves as BROADBANDAUDIT and seems to be Telewest/VM related.

It seems to use different user agents and that has alerted me.

Is this an ISP owned by VM or is it one of their bots/scrapers/site checkers?

94.171.248.0 - 94.171.248.255

All advice appreciated.

Re: Broadbandaudit

Thanks, but I'd already done that before posting, which is where I got the information I have so far.

I'm trying to work out whether this is a scraper/bot, or whether the the unusually small number of IP addresses (255) in the IP address range given in the RIPE report, are actually part of a Telewest/VM ISP customer range. Normally a retail ISP range is much larger than 255 IP addresses.
