Toshiba Satellite reinstallation problem

I have a mates Laptop here which i have been trying to reinstall from backup disks..

This is the laptop..

http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.c...ibaShop/false/

The Problem i have is that the installion install windows and then it just keeps looping over and over again

Windows says setup is preparing windows for first time use. It then boots into windows and a screen with Toshiba appaears on it saying PLEASE WAIT finishing the installation may take several minutes. Please do not interrupt or shutdown the computer! and then windows restarts and its an endless loop like that.

Anyone familiar with this?

Re: Toshiba Satellite reinstallation problem

Does the laptop not have a built in recovery partition? Think it's ALT+F10 while booting on Toshibas?

Found this interesting post:
