channel 999
will there be a tivo channel or will it be on channel 999 the now there is nothing on virgin ID

At time of install the engineer will give you a Demo of how the service works and its really not that hard to use.

Channel 999 will look the same, but pressing red, it will take you to the help section for TiVo features.
