HTC Desire reading and sending texts

hi when you send or read a text on the HTC Desire
can you make the text large so you can read it or make the text bold?

Re: HTC Desire reading and sending texts

I dont beleive there is a way to increase font size from with standard sms editor.

All is not lost tho, from doing some research on the web there are sms applications where you can indeed increase font size.

Not ideal, but the only option unless you start rooting and hacking your phones files.

Dont want to do that try the following from Google Marketplace.

K-9 mail (email client I presume)
Handcent SMS & Chomp (sms editors)
Yahoo/MSN/IMEasy (messenging clients)

All these applications allow you to change font size according to peoples experiences on web.

Hope this helps.

Get Chomp SMS, I use it and you can adjust the font type and size. Also the colours and style of the message bubbles to suit you better.

Re: HTC Desire reading and sending texts

also worth nothing is that chompSMS can (with the correct speech files installed) also read out your texts to you.
