300dpi creator
Hi Guys
I need to send an advert to a publisher that is a 300dpi tiff file, does anyone know how I can go about this?
I have the fils saved on my pc and they are jpeg and 96dpi?

I never had to do that.
You haven't said what application you are using, but here are some instructions for Photoshop:

The Gimp will also do this for you.

Please bear in mind a 300dpi TIFF file could be over 100MB in size and might take a while to re-render if you've only got a low spec machine
