When we purchased a V+HD box (Cisco) from virgin we originally connected the main tv which was a standard tv set without HD.
This was connected via a scart lead. We also connected the same V+HD box to another tv in another room using a coax cable from the tv out port on the cisco box to the input RF on the additional tv in the kitchen.
Now we have purchased an HD ready Tv to replace the main tv connection and found that as soon as we changed the picture display settings to HDMI and 1080p, the second tv won't show a picture. Is this because we have connected a HDMI cable now instead of scart and this is disabling the coax connection to the other tv? If so, what can we do to get the same picture on our other tv without the use of wireless senders which my hubby is convinced won't work in our house?

any help appreciated!!
