no Telephone GU14 Farnborough

Last few days we have had problems with phone , Sometimes no DIAL
TONE then noisy and faint . On line Status says there is a fault
but this seems to change very often and at times the fault has
cleared , On line said this morning no Fault so i checked phone nothing
at all. Used neighbours phone to call our number and got
Constant Engaged tone . unplugged our phone still the same
Engaged tone .So rang 151 and theres a message we know of fault
enginneers fixing it , At 1630 still no Dial Tone and on line
message says fault and an estimated fix of Tuesday 1200 .
Anyone Else getting this problem or heard when getting fixed
these messages seem to mean very little

F001350868 is fault ID
