MS Project question Please help !

Hi all

Pulling my hair out on this one………..

Got a number of projects in MS project which have 5 gateways to go through. There are costs against some of the gateways which if fine.

Problem is the total for the scheme does not total the sum of the costs against the various gateways.

Have solved by cutting out and re inputting but this is going to evolve into hundreds of projects so it would be great the understand why this has happened.

Many thanks for your time.

Kind regards

Mike

Re: MS Project question Please help !

Have you got the latest service pack for MS Project (you don't say which version of project you are using)?

There have been issues with both 2003 and 2007 versions of project, goto www.microsoft.com and the downloads section and get the latest servicepack to make sure its up-to-date and if the issue persists let us know. However, I presume the data is confidential, and without seeing it, I can't be much more help unfortunately.
