Quick bit of advice

Hi all,

Ive had my new installation package for just over 3 months (10meg net, basic tv and phone).

I went to use the phone for the first time in 3 months and found it was not connected even though I had been paying line rental for 3 months. I spoke with VM on twitter and the said call tech support.

My question is should I try and get the 3 months line retail back?

Re: Quick bit of advice

You will only get it from the day you report, the phone could have been fine untill 5mins before you used it
