If she is singing then she has a good voice but really looks like she is miming and she is trying badly ot keep up with the track she is miming to

Actually, she is lip syncing - to herself!
The soundtrack was studio, the video at her home.
Trying to sync the sound to video resulted in a poor 'echoey' sound.
