yeah after I had some debit card fraud a few months back I now try to stay away from vendors who dont accept paypal, so I would give these guys a shot.
I dont use them for Pre-orders's anymore as you need to have a card on file and I suspect thats were my details were leaked from last year. I do however still use them the odd time for games already in stock as you can use Paypal on them orders.
