louisg Inactive Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 53	Digital Economy Bill With this being passed last week what can we do from a users point of view to block them seeing our ip address etc? Is there any software that blocks your ip address being sent out? How safe is it to use sites like rapid download, kazaa, torrent sites, newgroups and usenet.
