Question about VM TV with no monthly sub

hiya i want to ask about VM TV with a reported "no monthly subscription". i heard that it will only be a one-off payment of £49. is this true? is this "concept" similar to Freesat where you pay a fee for the installation/box/cables,etc.

is the VM box capable of recording HD channels? and how many HD channels can i get? when will it be available?

and is it worth getting one?

Re: Question about VM TV with no monthly sub

It's not TV without a monthly sub. It's HD without an additional fee

There are still monthly costs for the actual TV service

No, no, no, none and never.

Re: Question about VM TV with no monthly sub

What's the costs for the cable-less version (i.e.. the VM freeview box) could this be what the OP's asking about?

Re: Question about VM TV with no monthly sub

Or maybe the free M TV you get with a VM phone subscription?
