Multiroom is essentially an extra V+ or V box Dave.
Get a quote online but include an extra box of your choice if you want one in another room.
When you have a price then call them and see if they can improve the price. But dont tell them the figure you already have until after they quote you.

Re: price for package ?

I think that the best thing to do is phone them and ask what they will be able to do for you !

MY sister has been a cust for a long time and has upgarded to the v+ box from the v box and also her bill has dropped about £10 per month but they made her pay £50 install fee not the £75 ( she was on the xl tv package already ).

Re: price for package ?

thanks for fast replies , i would want two v+ boxes as i want to record programs , i cant get quote online as i cant find info on multiroom . i did ring and was told they want £75 for first box and £150 for second box thats £225 for both . seems expensive to set up . they did mention 2 monthes free but the £225 is a bit steep .

Re: price for package ?

Multiroom with 2 V+ boxes would cost £75 for the first box and £150 for the second V+ and £5 per month for the additional STB. This is cust services pricing and is pretty much set in stone.
Other departments may be able to offer a better discount but dont count on it.

Virgin doesnt call it multiroom. Thats a Sky word so you wont see it on Virgins site.
Just look for extra V+ box.

You only pay for the extra box/s not for what channels are on the extra box/s.
