Can someone tell me when I access Virgin Media sites I get Bad Request messages. I have tried to bring up my detailed phone/internet bill but either I get the same message or request entity too large or proxy error appears. I have tried emailing Virgin with no success.
Other web sites are Ok.
I have cable with Windows xp and service pack three.
