I cant get Catch Up TV
Hi, i have a question. Ive been looking at the TV packages on the VM website and it does say that i can get Catch Up TV. I am a legacy Telewest Customer and i still have my Pace "Telewest" branded set top box on the M+ package. But when i go to the Catch Up TV menu (on my set top box) it its gives me a ref no: 1059/OTE14010. Now it does also say to call up Customer Services but is there any thing i can do to resolve this matter myself?
