£94.88!? whats going on here?

Can anyone help me understand this bill a little please. After calling CS twice and while polite enough the accents of those i spoke with where a little too difficult to understand. I'll be as detailed as i can be if someone has the patients to give this a read over and reply i'd be ever so greatfull. As it stands i feel like i'm being ripped off.

Previously i had the following services

BB: XXL
TV: M
Phone: Line rental only

Including call charges my last bill 5th november was £53.04

When upgrading CS told me how much i would save by switching to talk unlimmited, and with those savings i deceded i would also upgrade the TV to size: L

So my bill from then would be £58.20

My new bill for the 6th of Dec come through the door today telling me My service charges would be £76.53 with call charges of £18.35

Something has to be wrong somewhere shurly?

The way i see it the partial month service should be from the 2nd Nov
(the date i upgraded) to the 5th November.

Apparently thats wrong because the system wont accept that.

So im being billed for the 2nd nov to the 5th dec, which supposedly comes to £18.33

Which is more than double the the ammount my service charges should have gone up by. Even the person i spoke to at customer service said it was very confusing but the end result is that the computer says it right so it must be.

How can 30 days of service charges be £58.20
But 33 days (2nd Nov - 5th Dec) comes to £76.53

Your monthly bill has gone up by £17.95 (£10 for TV L and £7.95 for TU)

You last bill would have covered charges up until the 5th December for the old services agreed.

So the part month charges run from the 2nd Nov - 5th December which is 1 month and 3 days of this difference - which is why it's £19.21

Your advance charges for the current bill then start on the 6th of December.

The bill is correct
