Is this correct v2.0

Sorry to post something very similar, but I didnt want to hi-jack a thread. Could someone have a look at this figures of my bill. (bearing in mind, I have been paying this for about 12months)

Description Date/period Amount
TV Size: L 10 October - 09 November £22.50
(E)2 For £20 Lr (Part 1) 10 October - 09 November £-9.00
Broadband Size: X L 10 October - 09 November £37.00

Re: Is this correct v2.0

Well quick update.

I asked about taking my tv package down to M+ and was told I needed a phone line with them in order to be able to do that? (god knows why)

cut a long story short - i have now been quoted £36.50 a month for my 20meg line, M+ tv and the standard phone line. (which will never be used)

quick question.. i have also been told to install the phone line carries a £35 install fee. is this right, considering i already have 2 services installed.

Re: Is this correct v2.0

I had to pay for my line to be installed, a year after I moved from a flat providing all 3.

The landline paid for itself after 6 months - as I was starting a "new" contract I was able to take advantage of the bundle deals. Today I get more services for less outlay than I had before the landline install.

I was paying something like £37 for tv and broadband. Now that I have the landline and have the bundle deal I pay £31. £6 a month saving despite having that extra service.

The landline install cost me £30, and I had to hold the newbies hand and help him locate a broken wire from the previous install. Although in return for that he did give me extra co-ax (and tested it) so I could move my modem.

Oh and it cost me a few cups of tea and some penguins
