Moving house - not needed

Hello,

Before I speak to VM about this, I thought i'd get advise here first.

Whats happened is I lived with my girlfriend and we got VM transferred (in my name) from my mums house 3 months ago (I was previously with VM for around 10 months prior to moving) but i'm now moving back in with my mum because of relationship issues, But since I moved out my mum has got VM in her name at the house so there is no need for my VM account anymore. I can't afford to pay it by myself anyway because I am out of work now and am living off of jobseekers allowance which is £100 a fortnight, and this has to help me buy food and pay my mum some rent for letting me live here for a while.

What issues will I likely encounter from VM regarding the rest of the contract?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Your 12 month contract should be up, so you could quite easily cancel.

Nope apparantly when I transferred I had to sign a new contract entering into a new 12 month contract, So only 3 months have been used up..
