Trouble at mill, box stuck on AP:52, no answer from VM.

Trouble at mill, box stuck on AP:52, no answer from VM.

I was awoken this morning by a wailing and gnashing of teeth from Flyboy8 and Flyboy10. Both boxes wouldn't work. I reset one V+ box, it started back on channel 999 but the other won't get off from a AP:52. Please help, I am going to have a mutiny on my hands when they get back from school.

Update.....Managed to get through to CS at VM.

I have been told that to will have to wait for:

TEN DAYS yes you read it right. Ten days for an engineer to come out. What on Earth am I paying them for?

Update...

Got through to CS again, asking why manager hasn't called me back........

Have a wild guess why....all the managers are in.......

It would be worth putting your problem on the appropriate newsgroup (virginmedia.support.tv). They can send a hit to your box which may help.
