Virgin came out recently and added a V+ box where our original Telewest Broadband box was and moved the older box upstairs. We're on the largest package that they offer, and get all the VOD services.
On the box that was repositioned, however, VOD and tv-catchup does not work, and freezes saying 'please wait a moment' and 'your video is about to play'. Do I need to get in touch with Virgin and ask them to replace the old box, or is it something I'm doing wrong maybe?

Sorry, forgot to say that it's a PACE box (don't know the model number) and it's from about 2001/2002 (I think!) - can you tell I don't know much about this sort of thing? :P
